Brought to you from Poland by SpeedCific, these are products of the fertile mind of Project Engineer Mariusz Kozak. Soul-Kozak parts are formed from materials normally used in aircraft production. Using proven aerospace industry manufacturing techniques, Mariusz brings us parts that are of the lightest possible weight while still maintaining crucial reliability.

Soul-Kozak hubs are made using supersaturated 2024 aluminum alloy. This is strengthened through a diffusion process, which creates a 100% increase in microscopic stresses, without either elongation or contraction of the material. The parts are then put through a hardening & tempering process. Each of the hub shells and axles are then protected by a special coating. This consists of micro-channels, which run perpendicular to the surface, and results in a surface hardness of 3100. For comparison, pure aluminum only has hardness of 80.

Special metal-shielded bearings are further protected by rubber umbrella seals on the axle ends.  This keeps out the gunk so things continue rolling smoothly.  The FH Classic is obviously intended for competitive use by lighter riders.  We recommend a maximum rider weight limit of 170 pounds for this hub.  The ultimate foundation for an ultra-light wheel.
